We ensure product quality through a multi-step QC process:
Incoming inspection: Raw materials are checked upon arrival.
In-line inspection: Production is monitored at key stages.
Pre-shipment inspection: Finished products undergo a final check before packaging.
Third-party audits: We also accept inspections by SGS, BV, or other appointed agencies upon request.
Our QC team follows strict AQL standards to ensure every shipment meets your expectations.
We offer samples to help you evaluate quality before bulk orders.
Sample cost: Free for stock samples; custom samples require a sample fee.
Sample lead time: 3–5 days for stock samples; 7–15 days for custom samples.
Sample fee refund: The custom sample fee will be deducted from the deposit or fully refunded once bulk orders are confirmed.

Our production lead time typically depends on the order type:
Sample orders: 7–15 days.
Bulk orders: 30–45 days after confirmation of samples and receipt of deposit.
